Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of StudioPic (the “Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

The service

StudioPic generates photoreal images using AI based on photos you provide. You upload a photo of yourself plus an outfit reference (or family photos plus a setting), and we return generated images suggesting how the outfit or scene might look.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use StudioPic. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. The Service is not designed for or directed to anyone under 18.

Your account

• Sign-in is via email magic link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.
• One person, one account. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use StudioPic to:

• Generate images of any real person without their explicit consent. The selfie you upload must be of yourself or someone who has consented.
• Generate images of anyone under 18, in any context.
• Generate sexual, violent, harassing, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation with any person, brand, or organization.
• Attempt to extract our prompts, reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with normal operation.
• Use the Service in any way that violates the law where you live or operate.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

Content ownership

• Your inputs. You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to generate your outputs.
• Your outputs. Generated images are yours to use, including for commercial purposes, subject to the rules below.
• Brand-related outfits. If you upload an outfit showing branded clothing (Nike, Balenciaga, etc.), the resulting image is intended for personal preview use. You may not use such images to imply endorsement, falsely advertise products, or redistribute them commercially as authentic brand imagery.

Subscriptions and payments

• Pro subscription billed monthly via Dodo Payments. Pricing is shown at checkout.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party providers (OpenAI, Cloudflare, Supabase, Vercel, Dodo) and may be affected by their outages. We are not liable for downtime caused by upstream services.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated images may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. We do not warrant that outputs will meet any particular standard or that the Service will be error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudioPic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@studiopic.co. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where StudioPic operates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. (Specific jurisdiction to be confirmed before launch with legal counsel.)
