Refund Policy.
We want you to be happy with StudioPic. If something's wrong, email hello@studiopic.coand we'll work it out. This policy explains the standard rules.
Pro subscription
- Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro access until then.
- No refunds for partial months.We don't pro-rate refunds for the current billing cycle. If you cancel mid-month, you keep the rest of that month and won't be billed again.
- First-time subscribers — 14-day satisfaction window. If this is your first month subscribing and you're unhappy, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll issue a full refund. After 14 days, the standard policy applies.
Annual / multi-month plans
If we offer annual plans in the future, refunds for unused months will be issued on a pro-rata basis minus a small admin fee. Today, only monthly is available.
Failed generations
Free-tier daily quota is automatically refunded for any generation that fails before producing an image. You should never lose a free-tier slot to a failed generation.
If you're on the Pro tier and generations are repeatedly failing or producing unusable output, contact us — we'll investigate and credit your account if it's our fault.
Chargebacks
Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most issues are faster to resolve directly. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
How to request a refund
Email hello@studiopic.co with:
- The email address on your StudioPic account.
- The date of the charge you'd like refunded.
- A short note about why — helps us improve the product.
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Refunds are processed via Dodo Payments and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
